This weekend was set to be the biggest thing that the SGUTMX brand has attended and to be honest, it did not disappoint. The MXON Motocross Of Nations.
Although the weather wasn’t the best, the atmosphere was immense and team GB did not disappoint.
The weekend started by me having to set up the stand without any lights so thank you iPhone for the torch but even though do the lighting wasn’t on point we still managed to put together a great platform to showcase what we are all about.
Saturday morning I was up early getting the motorhome toad out of the mat two around the back of the store and then we were all Business.
My good mate Mel Pocock has been hard at work building Boston’s pit bike ready for the Supercross event at the dirtbike show he brought it by to surprise Boston with his trick new Diamond mini KLX110.
As you know the weekend was a great success the team GB who manage to place themselves on the podium but I have to say the base the biggest success was definitely getting the motorhome out of the mat at the end of the show.
As a brand it was very important for us to position ourselves amongst the crème de la crème of the motocross merchandise community and the response or something that touched me.
Because we are a nutritionand training provider we are not just selling hats goggles boots etc we are providing a service it was something I was initially skeptical about exhibiting at, but the response from the general public asking me questions about training nutrition and supplement timing was coming in an abundance.
The next step for us is the dirt bike show at the end of October and we are thoroughly looking forward to having the chance to educate parents and riders on how nutrition and training efficiently can enhance their performance for the 2018 season.
